This week’s update is all about deeper insights and smoother UI. We've released two powerful visual tools to enhance your market perspective and rolled out interface upgrades to reduce friction in your workflow.

✨ New Features​

📈 Performance Distribution for Component Stocks​

You can now view the Performance Distribution of stocks within any index — a visual breakdown that shows how component stocks are performing relative to each other.

  • Understand market breadth at a glance.
  • Breakdowns include:
    • > 2%
    • 0% to 2%
    • 0%
    • 0% to -2%
    • < -2%
  • Available across all indices with constituents.

Performance Distribution

This chart displays the Performance Distribution of component stocks in the FBMKLCI index:

  • > 2%: 0 stocks gained significantly.
  • 0% to 2%: 17 stocks showed mild gains.
  • 0%: 5 stocks remained unchanged.
  • 0% to -2%: 8 stocks had slight losses.
  • < -2%: 0 stocks lost significantly.

Each bar represents the number and percentage of stocks within each return band, offering a quick view of market breadth.

👥 Market Participants Visualization​

Drill into institutional and retail behavior with our new Market Participants chart. This dual-axis visualization gives you:

  • Net flows (RM mil) by participant type.
  • Total traded value, tracked over time.
  • Quick toggle between Chart and Table formats.

Helps you stay ahead of sentiment swings and liquidity flows.

📅 Fundamentals: Quick Glance Now Shows Announcement Date​

We’ve added Announcement Dates to the Quick Glance view in Fundamentals. Now you can:

  • Instantly check when each financial report was announced.
  • Make faster decisions based on recency of earnings info.

🧾 IPO Info at Ticker Level​

New IPO info cards are now visible directly on Ticker pages for recent and upcoming listings. You’ll see:

  • Issued Quantity
  • Issue Price
  • Subscription Rate (if available)

🧹 Decluttered Toolbar – Hover to Reveal Options​

We’ve simplified the toolbar layout for Monitor windows. Now, only essential options show by default. Additional tools (e.g. switch panel, add panel, and maximize panel) appear only when you hover over the panel.

This reduces on-screen clutter and sharpens your focus.

🔄 Layout Quick Switch for Seamless Panel Changes​

Switch between your favorite panel in a flash with the new Layout Quick Switch function.

  • Access your saved layouts instantly from the Layout dropdown.
  • No need to open the full layout manager — just click and go.
