Renew​

You have the option to continue your plan at the original price by renewing it before the expiry date. If your plan expires and you haven't renewed it, a new price will be charged for the renewal. To ensure a seamless renewal process, you can choose from the following convenient methods:

  1. Profile Page: Simply navigate to your profile page and locate the 'Renew Plan' option. By following the prompts, you can easily renew your plan and continue enjoying the benefits without any interruptions.
  2. Pricing Page: Alternatively, you can visit our dedicated pricing page, where you'll find a 'Renew Plan' button specific to your subscription. Clicking on it will guide you through the renewal process step by step, making it quick and hassle-free.

How does an upgrade work?​

We understand that your needs may evolve over time, which is why we offer the flexibility to upgrade your plan. If you find that your current plan no longer meets your requirements, you can seamlessly transition to a higher-tier plan with enhanced features and benefits.

When you choose to upgrade, your existing plan will be automatically converted to the corresponding higher tier, and your plan duration will be shorten to aligned with the higher tier, ensuring a smooth transition without any interruptions to your service.

To see how it works with your plan, simply click the Upgrade button on the plan you wish to switch to. You will be prompted to confirm the converted duration, and no additional payment will be required!

What is the duration of the free trial period?
The free trial period lasts for 14 days. After your 14 days free trial expires, your account will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan, restricting access to Pro/ Elite features.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, the paid service will remain active for the duration of the paid term

What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept Visa/ Mastercard for subscription payments.
How can I renew my plan?
Your plan will be renewed based on the subscribed interval. We will send you a reminder email 7 days before your plan renewal, so please keep an eye on your inbox.
Do I have to pay for real-time market data?
Real-time market data is provided by Bursa Malaysia. The Basic plan does not include real-time market data, and cannot be purchased separately. Pro plan and above include real-time market data for free
How many levels of market depth does Trade Wizard provide?
With the Pro plan, Trade Wizard offers 5 levels of market depth. The Elite plan provides an extended view with 10 levels of market depth.
Can I downgrade my plan?
If you wish to downgrade your subscription, you can cancel it anytime. The service remains active for the paid duration, and upon expiration, it automatically downgrades to a free plan. No immediate disruption to your access.
Can I upgrade my plan any time?
Yes, you can upgrade your annual subscription at any time without any additional payments. The remaining days of your current plan will be converted into an equivalent value on the new tier automatically
